This policy explains how Double A Business Services & Translation (“Double A”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us or request a service.
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, service details and message content, together with documents and information you send through email, WhatsApp or other contact channels. Our website servers may also record basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, verify requirements, perform and deliver translation and business services, administer payments and records, meet legal obligations, and protect and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information. Where necessary, we may share information with our staff, approved translators or contractors, technology and communication providers, relevant government or professional authorities involved in your request, or where required by law. Service providers are expected to process information only for the intended purpose.
Some communication, storage or translation providers may process information outside Qatar. When this occurs, we take reasonable steps to protect the information according to its nature and the purpose of processing.
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfil your request, manage our relationship, comply with accounting or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your information, or object to certain uses. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where required by law or a contractual obligation.
The website links to external services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies, which Double A does not control.
For a privacy question or request, contact info@aa-tra.com or +974 7776 5054. We may update this policy when our services or regulatory requirements change; the latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
Terms
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These terms govern use of the Double A website and requests for translation and business services. A quotation or written agreement may contain additional terms specific to an engagement and will take priority if there is a conflict.
Submitting a form or message does not automatically oblige Double A to perform a service. Work begins after we review the documents and requirements, the quotation or written agreement is accepted, and any required payment is received.
The client must provide complete, clear and accurate information and documents and have authority to share them and request their processing. The client is responsible for checking names, numbers, dates and other sensitive details before approving the final version.
Prices, scope, currency and payment arrangements are stated in the quotation or invoice. Additional work or changes to documents or requirements may require a revised price and timeline. Double A may pause work or delivery until amounts due are received.
An agreed timeline begins when all required materials, instructions and payments are received. Dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing as fixed and may be affected by revisions, client delay, government authorities, third parties, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will review errors within the agreed scope when they are reported clearly within the period stated in the quotation, or promptly if no period is stated. Free corrections do not include changes to the source text or instructions or the addition of new content.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the stage of work, costs already incurred and the quotation terms. Completed work and third-party expenses may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Double A provides professional support in preparing, submitting and following up transactions, but does not control decisions by government authorities, embassies, courts or professional bodies and cannot guarantee approval or their processing time.
We handle client documents confidentially and share them only as needed to perform the service or comply with law. Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Double A is not liable for indirect losses or losses arising from inaccurate client information, use of a document outside the agreed purpose, or third-party decisions and delays. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar will have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contact info@aa-tra.com or +974 7776 5054 with questions.
